Membership to the Secure America Now Foundation and Secure America Now Training Center will be available only to those persons who are legally able to own and possess a firearm and are at least 21 years of age. Members must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the handling and ownership of firearms.

Memberships will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of the Secure America Now Foundation. I certify that (1) I am not and have never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from legally owning, handling, or possessing firearms under Texas or Federal Law; (2) that I can lawfully own, handle, and possess a firearm; (3) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge; (4) I garner no ill will or unlawful intentions and am seeking firearms safety education and training.

I have read, I understand, and I agree to comply with the Range Rules, Terms, and Conditions attached to this application as well as the Waiver of Liability, Release of Claims and Agreement to Hold Harmless Defend and Indemnify, and the Secure America Now Ranges Rules, Safety Rules and Release of Liability Waiver.



1. Secure America Now Training Center is a private membership club which is wholly owned by The Secure America Now Foundation. Training center facilities are available for use by Secure America Now Training Center members, family members and guests of members, law enforcement agencies and private citizen groups. The Secure America Now Training Center memberships are available to provide preferred access, discounts for merchandise, services and facility use, and other benefits to be determined at the discretion of The Secure America Now Training Center. The Secure America Now Training Center membership is subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions stated herein. Membership will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of The Secure America Now Training Center.

2. All memberships are subject to payment of a one-time non-refundable initiation/application fee of $25.00 along with the first payment of the selected membership dues. The initiation fee covers the setup costs of the membership account, gate FOB and programming. Membership dues for each level of membership vary based on the level of membership purchased. Secure America Now reserves the right to increase fees to meet national and state inflation costs. Notification will be sent prior to any rate increase.

3. Members may select one of the following methods of payment for their membership dues:
(1) Single annual lump sum cash payment.
(2) ACH Bank draft which is the preferred method of payment to avoid membership cancellations due to non- payment, cancelled or renewed credit cards and delinquent payments and service charges.
(3) Single annual lump sum credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
(4) Automatic monthly credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Automatic monthly credit card payments will incur a monthly payment processing fee in addition to the monthly due’s payment. A $25 dollar fee will be assessed for any automatic credit card failed credit charge and membership will be revoked until all dues and fees in arrears are paid and credit card charge issues are resolved.

4. All members, guests, and other the Secure America Now Training Center facility users must follow all safety standards and range rules and must read and agree to the terms of the Secure America Now Training Center waiver of liability, release of claims, and agreement to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify which is incorporated by reference into the Secure America Now Training Center terms and conditions of membership.

5. All first-time members, guests, and other users also must enroll in and participate in the Secure America Now Training Center New Member Orientation class and participate in the facility overview, pistol range orientation, carbine range orientation, operations brief, new member application and release of liability acknowledgement. *Some new members may be required to attend and complete a 50 round shooter assessment and familiarization if they do not possess verifiable experience with shooting and training.

6. All guests must have purchased a Day-Pass before accessing the property and before shooting. Failure to comply is considered theft and refusal to comply with policy and protocol. Any guest who refuses to comply will be removed from the facility and their host member will have their membership revoked.

7. All guests must be accompanied by a member to be admitted to member-only areas. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their guests and will hold the Secure America Now Training Center harmless for property damage, accidents and injuries to or caused by guests. Members who damage training center property, steel, steel targets, training aids or property belonging to Secure America Now will be replaced at full value.

8. All members and guests are subject to the general policies and rules of operation and administration of the Secure America Now Training Center, all of which are intended to provide a safe, professional, friendly, and family-oriented environment for the shooting sports.

9. Any member or guest of a member may be suspended or expelled from the Secure America Now Training Center facilities for violation of the range rules, safety violations, negligent or disorderly conduct or for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the Secure America Now Training Center personnel. Decisions of the Secure America Now Training Center management regarding suspension or expulsion are final.

10. Never transport a loaded firearm up range unless it is secured in a holster or on safe and carried at the low ready or high ready position.

11. Range 1 is a Pistol / Paper ONLY range. DO NOT shoot steel or any caliber other than pistol on this range.

12. Never shoot beyond / past the 50-yard line. Never shoot from or under the outdoor classrooms. Never shoot from the picnic tables. Never move the picnic tables from under the outdoor classrooms.

13. Never move steel targets off of the firing line and Never shoot steel off the 0-yard line.

14. Never shoot barrels, barricades, training aids or equipment.

15. The Secure America Now Training Center may terminate a membership unilaterally if, in the Secure America Now Training Center' sole discretion, a member's conduct presents a safety hazard to the member or to any other user or the Secure America Now Training Center personnel or to the Secure America Now Training Center facilities. In the event the Secure America Now Training Center terminates a membership during the first year of membership, a member who has paid a lump sum annual dues will have 50% of the unused portion of the member's dues payment refunded on a pro-rated basis of unused months. For purposes of this paragraph, a "month" shall include any part of a month. For example, if a membership that was paid in full and terminated by The Secure America Now Training Center anytime in the first month, the member would receive a refund of 50% of 11/12 of the paid fees. In no event will there be any refund of any monthly membership dues paid for a partial month. Initiation/Application Fees and New Member Orientation payments are non-refundable.

16. After the first year of membership:
a. Monthly billing of annual dues will continue where applicable without another down payment. Termination of membership by the member must be given in writing one calendar month before the next billing cycle if using the monthly dues payment method. Membership access cards must also be forfeited and turned in with the written notice of membership termination before the termination process begins.
b. Annual billing of membership dues will continue where applicable without another down payment. Termination of membership by the member must be given in writing one calendar month before the expiration date if using the annual dues payment method. Membership access cards must also be forfeited and turned in with the written notice of membership termination before the termination process begins.

17. If a member or a member's guest causes any damage to the Secure America Now Training Center property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise, the member (and the member's guest) will be removed from the ranges and/or facilities and suspended or terminated from membership. The individual responsible for the damage may be civilly liable or criminally prosecuted. The Secure America Now Training Center reserve the right to charge the member the costs for any such damage, regardless of whether the damage is caused by the member of the member's guest. Should court action be required to collect the damages, the member will also be liable for The Secure America Now Training Center' attorney fees.

18. All members must present a photo ID at the time of enrollment and before using The Secure America Now Training Center facilities.

19. The Secure America Now Training Center membership(s) may not be transferred or sold.

20. There is a $25.00 fee for the replacement of lost or damaged access cards.



1. TREAT all firearms as if they are Loaded!
2. KEEP your finger straight and off the trigger and out of the trigger guard until you are sights are aligned on target and you are ready to fire.
3. NEVER point your muzzle at yourself or someone else. NEVER sweep your muzzle across anyone or anything other than your intended target and keep your muzzle pointed down range at all times.
4. KNOW your target, what is in front of it, behind it and around and its backstop.


1. Alcoholic beverages and drugs are strictly prohibited on these premises, including the use of these substances prior to shooting.
2. Patrons who have never shot a gun will not be permitted on the range without first attending the New Member Orientation Class and the 50 round shooter assessment. Guests of members must be accompanied by and supervised by an experienced shooter that accepts full responsibility and liability.
3. No armor piercing, tracer, or other exotic ammunition may be used. If caught with armor piercing, your membership will be revoked.
4. You may not use shoulder, ankle, cross draw, or other eccentric holsters. Use of holsters of any kind are reserved for closed organized events only where dictated by event organizers.
5. Age and guardian requirements for use of the Secure America Now Training Center and to follow state and federal laws for gun possession where:
6. No food or drinks allowed on any firing line. Only bottled non-alcoholic drinks may be allowed on range staging and observation areas, but not on the firing line/benches.
7. No Smoking or any other tobacco products are allowed on the range firing lines, retail, or classroom areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas. Chewing tobacco, dip, snuff, and like products are prohibited unless on an outdoor range area.
8. Ear protection is mandatory for anyone entering any range area (firing line, staging, and outdoor range observation areas.
9. Ballistic approved eye protection with side shields is mandatory for anyone entering any range area (firing line, staging, and outdoor range observation areas. Eye protection must be worn at all times.
10. Leave the action open and firearm totally unloaded when any firearm is resting on the barrel, ground, bench facing down range in a safe manner:
11. If you experience any unfamiliar action or a malfunction, STOP FIRING IMMEDIATELY, place firearm on the bench with muzzle pointing downrange or keep the weapon pointed downrange at the low ready position and request assistance from a Range Officer.
12. The command "CEASE FIRE" means STOP FIRING IMMEDIATELY, clear and ground or bench your firearm with muzzle pointing downrange, step away from the firing line and await further instructions. Resume firing only at the direction of the Range Officer.
13. NEVER BRING A LOADED FIREARM OFF THE FIRING LINE AND NEVER LOAD A WEAPON UNTIL DIRECTED TO DO SO!



I, the undersigned, do certify that I am aware of the dangers and risks associated with the use of a gun range. I agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and safety procedures governing the use of the Secure America Now Training Center facilities.

In consideration for allowing me access to and use of the Secure America Now Training Center facilities, I personally assume all risks in connection with said access and use, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and further, for myself, my family, my guests, legal heirs and assigns, do hereby release and hold harmless The Secure America Now Training Center officers, directors, agents, and employees from any harm, death, or other damages to myself which may arise while engaged in the use of facilities, services, or equipment of the Secure America Now Training Center.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Secure America Now Training Center from and against any and all claims, including any act or omission on the part of the Secure America Now Training Center, its officers, directors, agents, employees, licensees, and guests, during my time using the Secure America Now Training Center facilities for any personal injuries, loss of life, and/or damages to my person and/or property sustained in or about the Secure America Now Training Center facilities and form and against all costs, counsel fees, expenses, and liabilities incurred in and about such claims, investigations thereof of the defense of any action or proceeding brought thereon and from and against any orders, judgments and/or decrees which may be entered therein.

It is understood that I am personally responsible for the safe handling and proper functioning of any firearm or munitions that I bring onto the Secure America Now Training Center facilities. The Secure America Now Training Center has no responsibility to guarantee, verify, or approve the safety and functioning of these items.

I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to enter into this affirmation and release, and I understand the terms herein are contractual and not mere recital, and I have signed this document voluntarily and as my own free agent.

I further certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that it is legal for me to be in possession of a firearm.

I understand and agree that the Secure America Now Training Center will debit my bank account for the monthly or annual fee on the first business day of each month in the amount shown above which includes a $25 initiation / application fee. If the charge is not successfully on the payment day, The Secure America Now Training Center will attempt to charge a second time. If the second attempt also fails, membership will be suspended until a valid payment is made to resume services.

I hereby authorize the Secure America Now Training Center to maintain my signature on file and to charge my account a sis as directed. This authorization will remain in full force and effect as long as I hold a membership in the Secure America Now Training Center or until I provide the Secure America Now Training Center written notification of its termination. Such written notification must be received by the Secure America Now Training Center at least 1 full calendar month prior to the next scheduled payment date. I agree to provide the Secure America Now Training Center with accurate and complete billing information including legal name, address, telephone number, and credit card billing information. I further agree to notify the Secure America Now Training Center of any credit card changes 1 full calendar month prior to the next scheduled payment date. All written instructions must be delivered to the Secure America Now Training Center by mail or fax and must be signed by me. I understand and agree that failed charges to my credit card account may subject me to an additional administrative fee of $25 per failed charge. I may pay this fee by cash or money order prior to my next scheduled payment date.
